Caves, ghosts, and surfers

Waitomo Caves. Puts Dunedin's glow-worm collection to shame.

 Waitomo Hotel, reportedly New Zealand's most haunted hotel. Certainly eery in an Overlook Hotel, twins-in-the-hallway kind of way. Some of the rooms left untouched by staff in the "haunted" end of the building. No ankle-pulling incidents, but we were likely protected by our thick tequila armour. 

 Raglan. Lots of surfer-types. Lots of trinket shops. The Wanaka Of The North.
